Contact supportCancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the seller or merchant listed on the Platform and shipping has been initiated, or if the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
Unic Bee does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
If you receive damaged or defective items, please report them to our customer service team within 2 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the seller or merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the same at its own end. If the product received is not as shown on the site or is not as per your expectations, bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product. The customer service team will look into your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturer, please refer the issue to the manufacturer.
In case of any refunds approved by Unic Bee, it will take 3 days for the refund to be processed to you.
